Nathan grew up in Logan, Queensland. He was called to the Bar in 2017.

Nathan specialises in criminal and public law matters. He regularly appears at trial and appellate level throughout Queensland and New South Wales.

He earlier worked as a solicitor and barrister at Legal Aid Queensland and was Associate to Her Honour Judge Sarah Bradley AO.

Nathan has appeared in significant criminal and public law cases.
